Every profile on Expalink carries a verification tier. Tiers reflect the checks we’ve completed — they are not a guarantee, but they tell buyers exactly how far a supplier has gone to prove themselves.
Five verification tiers
- New
Newly submitted. Basic profile only; no checks completed yet.
- Basic
Email confirmed and profile reviewed by the Expalink team.
- Identity
Government ID checked against the profile owner.
- Trade
Business documents and buyer references confirmed.
- Partner
Long-standing partner with active concierge support.
Report a concern
Suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or a prohibited listing? Email us and we’ll investigate. Confirmed violations are removed and the reporter is notified when action is taken.
