Every profile on Expalink carries a verification tier. Tiers reflect the checks we’ve completed — they are not a guarantee, but they tell buyers exactly how far a supplier has gone to prove themselves.
Four verification tiers
- New
Newly submitted. Profile only; no checks completed yet.
- Reviewed
Profile reviewed and approved by the Expalink team.
- Identity
Government ID checked against the profile owner.
- Trade
Business documents and buyer references confirmed.
Expalink Partner
Partner is not a verification tier. It marks a business with an active working relationship with Expalink. Partner status reflects the relationship with Expalink and does not guarantee product quality, financial strength, performance or transaction outcomes.
Report a concern
Suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or a prohibited listing? Email us and we’ll investigate. Confirmed violations are removed and the reporter is notified when action is taken.
