What Expalink is

Expalink is a global discovery and trade connection platform that helps buyers and suppliers find each other, publish business profiles, post requests, exchange responses, and explore opportunities worldwide.

What Expalink is not

• We are not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a supplier.
• We do not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee deals.
• We do not verify pricing, inventory, shipping timelines, or contract terms. Those are arranged directly between the buyer and supplier.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and business information.
• Communicate honestly with the other party.
• Do your own due diligence before sending payment or signing contracts. See our Buyer & Supplier Safety Tips.
• Comply with all applicable trade, export, and import regulations in your country and your counterparty's country.

Supplier listings

Supplier profiles are reviewed before publication, but Expalink makes no warranty about a supplier's products, services, pricing, or fitness for any particular purpose. Buyers should verify credentials and references directly with the supplier.

Accounts

You must be able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction and act for the business you represent. Keep your credentials secure and your business details accurate. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that contain false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive content, or that impersonate another business.

Requests and introductions

Buyer requests are submitted to Expalink. Our team reviews each request and may share it, including the contact details you provide, with suppliers we believe are a fit. Suppliers then contact the buyer directly. Quotes, negotiations, contracts, payment, and delivery all happen directly between the buyer and the supplier, outside Expalink.

Optional Sourcing and Coordination Services

Buyers can use Expalink without any paid service: post a request or browse the directory, connect with suppliers and trade directly. Expalink charges no commission on those trades.

• Hands-on sourcing and coordination assistance is optional and provided only at a buyer’s request.
• The scope of any assistance is agreed individually with the buyer.
• Any fee is agreed with the buyer before paid work begins. We do not publish a fixed sourcing fee.
• Any such fee is separate from, and additional to, whatever the buyer and supplier agree between themselves for the goods or services.
• As part of the service, Expalink may help define requirements, identify and contact potential suppliers or service providers, compare responses, and coordinate introductions.
• Final supplier selection, the purchase contract, payment to the supplier, and all other transaction obligations remain with the buyer and the supplier, unless a separate written agreement with Expalink explicitly states otherwise.

Review and verification tiers

Every listing is reviewed before publication. Suppliers may submit identity or trade documents to request a higher verification tier. Review is a good-faith check of the information provided. It is not an audit, a guarantee of quality or solvency, and it does not transfer any risk to Expalink. We may change or withdraw a tier if information turns out to be inaccurate.

Supplier subscriptions

• Buyer access is free. Supplier listings are $49 per month or $490 per year, paid by card at checkout. A launch offer of $1 for the first month on the monthly plan may be available for a limited time.
• Plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Invoices and receipts are emailed to the address on your account.
• You can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel from the Billing tab of your supplier dashboard.
• You can cancel at any time from your supplier dashboard. Your listing stays visible until the end of the current period, after which it is removed from the directory.
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused time. We do not charge commission on deals made between buyers and suppliers.
• Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you already paid for.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, counterfeit, restricted, or unsafe goods and services.
• No spam, scraping, bulk harvesting of contact details, or resale of directory data.
• No attempts to interrupt, probe, or overload the platform.
• Only upload content and documents you have the right to share.

Third-party services

Expalink runs on third-party hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery providers. Their availability affects ours, and we are not responsible for their outages or acts.

Disputes between users

Disagreements about price, quality, shipping, payment, or performance are between the buyer and the supplier. We may share relevant account records where we are legally required to, but we do not arbitrate, escrow funds, or guarantee outcomes.

Changes to the service

We are actively building Expalink and may add, change, or remove features. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the date above and, where they affect a paid plan, communicated by email.

Limitation of liability

Expalink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from agreements made between buyers and suppliers, shipping outcomes, or any third-party service.
